BizPulse is a WhatsApp-native financial operating system for small business owners. It is operated by The Tosin Ilesanmi Data Academy, a CAC-registered entity based in Lagos, Nigeria.

When you register and use BizPulse, we collect the following categories of personal and business data:

Only aggregated financial summaries (such as total revenue, total expenses, and margin) are sent to AI services to generate insights. Raw WhatsApp message text is sent to Gemini solely for the purpose of parsing — it is not stored by Gemini or used for model training under our service agreement.
Your personal identifiers (name, phone number, email) are never sent to any AI service. AI processing is performed on anonymised numerical summaries only.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
